Delivery Times:
Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Australia. Generally, orders shipped via Australia Post's standard service will arrive within 3-8 daysfrom the date of dispatch. Expedited shipping options are also available for faster delivery.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom – Shipping & Import Information

All orders are shipped from Australia via Australia Post ✈️

For UK orders valued under £135, there is no customs duty. However, UK VAT (currently 20%) is not included in our prices and is not collected at checkout.

As a result, your parcel may be subject to:

• VAT charges upon arrival in the UK

• A small handling or clearance fee charged by the local postal service or courier

These charges are determined by UK authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that we do not have control over these fees and cannot predict whether they will be applied.

Parcel Tracking:
All parcels shipped through Australia Post are trackable. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your parcel through Australia Post's online tracking system.
